Cadillac brand of saw oils are misting lubricants specially formulated for use on MQL thru-the-tool systems. EP additives make these products ideal for use in high-pressure and high-speed applications. It can be effectively used in sawing applications as well as for milling, turning, tapping and drilling. The products are formulated to allow for dispensing of just the right amount of lubricant to provide tool protection, cooling and lubrication. The misting lubricant eliminates the mess produced with traditional flood coolants. It produces dry chips, which can be easily recycled. They can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

EDM

Cadillac brand EDM oils are multipurpose dielectric fluids for use in all discharge machines especially for roughing, finishing and superfinishing work. These are formulated with high-purity fluid designed for maximum machine productivity and operator comfort when used in electrical-discharge machining. The chemistry of these products provides correct balance of viscosity, volatility, oxidation stability, heat transfer characteristics and low toxicity. They are highly refined, narrow-cut, low-viscosity fluids and function as an insulator between tool and workpiece.
