Synthetic
This group of products can be used for a wide range of concentrations depending on the severity of the application. Designed for ferrous and non-ferrous metals this unique multi-fold of synthetic (water-extendable) fluids contain a blend of sophisticated lubricity additives and extreme pressure properties that ideally minimizes the formation of smoke, while providing a protective film for indoor storage and is easily cleaned with no sticking or gumming. Our synthetic (water extendable) line comes in many ranges and additive packages depending on the severity and metal type.

Soluble
Our soluble oil series contain high boundary lubrication film-strength properties that respond to the tooling demands in even the most severe applications. They contain tenacious agents to impart heavy-duty forming characteristics for heavy-gauge steel and steel alloys including stainless steel, while protecting parts and providing components from corrosion. Easy emulsified to help with clean-ability, this product line delivers exceptional results including non-gumming lubrication properties allowing the carry through of multiple die operations. Our soluble line comes in many ranges and additive packages depending on the severity and metal type.

Preformed Multi-Metal Emulsion
These products are designed for use on medium- to severe-duty stamping and drawing of all coated and uncoated steel and aluminum. The film strength of this line protects tools while providing carry-through of the dies without reapplying the lube. They are uniquely formulated to provide superior corrosion protection and are easily cleaned with any alkaline cleaner.
Vanishing Oils
Cadillac Vanishing oils are designed for light-to medium-duty drawing and stamping applications, leaving little to no residue. These products provide extreme pressure lubrication, flushing and cooling for metal forming operations and are designed to evaporate. They can be used as received, applied by drip, rollers or spray systems.
