Straight Oils

These are excellent straight oil-based products for all forming operations including extrusion and cold heading. Several chemistries are available depending on the metallurgy and severity of the operation. Dual-side heavy-duty extrusion oils are also available that are formulated to be used on die and lube side. These products produce no smoke and/or odor even in difficult operations.
